"⭐ Very Disappointed With the Handling of My Claim

I am extremely disappointed with the way my car insurance claim has been handled. My car was damaged on August 30, 2026, and it is now September 30, 2026, and my vehicle is still not fixed.

It took approximately three weeks just to get information about getting my car repaired, and despite numerous phone calls and follow-ups, the issue still has not been resolved. The insurance company arranged a rental car for me, but I was required to return it after a month, even though my vehicle was still not repaired.

I have called many times trying to find out when my car will actually be fixed, but I keep getting the same runaround without a clear resolution or timeline. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience because I depend on my vehicle for my daily responsibilities.

I understand that insurance claims can take time, but a full month has passed since the accident and my car is still not repaired. I believe customers deserve better communication, timely updates, and a clear plan for resolving their claims.

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and improves the way it handles claims so other customers do not experience the same frustration."

"This agency and its staff are incredibly dishonest. Over a year ago, I needed an SR22, and they assured me it was included in my policy without any issues. However, after a year, I received a message from the MVD stating that my license was suspended due to not having the SR22. When I called my agent, they informed me that I never had it, even though I had been charged for it and notes on my profile indicated that I required it.

I requested that they add the SR22 back to my policy, and they added it the following day, with approval from the underwriters. However, the day after that, they canceled my policy because I had a suspended license, which was due to them not having the SR22 I requested and paid for. They will charge you for services you request, only to deny that you ever had them, and when you finally do get what you need, they respond with indifference.

Because of the lies from their agents and the unhelpfulness of everyone who answers the phone, including Jackie, the manager, I now have a suspended license and no insurance. Their lack of care for their customers is evident. Will be going to the AG and reporting this extremely dishonest business who basically steals money from their customers.

Update: they still keep lying to cover their tracks and have been report to the Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Intuitions."

"Had them for 11 years. They canceled me when my wallet was stolen without a single call attempt. I called and paid to keep my insurance while shopping around. Sent a cancelation notice in April, they charged me in May. Well that check they owe me has been in the mail for 7 months!

I have emails on all of this. I called today to try and figure it out, and they said it was probably my fault I missed it in the mail. They sent to my old house no longer no my account for over 3 years.

This place is terrible, if I could I'd give them negative stars."
